non refundable deposits on booking payment via bank transfer, card or cash.
**please note full remaining balance is due on drop off**
for the final day of boarding its £7 per dog for collection by 11am anything after that full day's charge will be applied. I require 20% deposit on the day of booking and the remaining balance on drop off before leaving your pets.
all bank holidays will be charged double.
Christmas eve, Christmas day, boxing day and new year will be charged double.
